What time is the departure from the room?

Our hotel's departure time is 12 noon.

Does the hotel have dry cleaning and laundry services ?

Yes, our hotel offers dry cleaning and laundry services on Monday to Saturday, except official holidays.

Service on the same day: If delivered at the latest till ten o'clock in the morning, the same day will be delivered same day in the evening at six o'clock.

Express service on the same day: If delivered no later than noon, it will be delivered to you within 4 - 5 hours.

Please fill out the laundry and dry cleaning form in the dresser and call reception.

What happens if I forget something in my room?

Everything that is forgotten in the rooms is reported and stored by the housekeeping department.
